Privacy Policy
What we collect
Nothing. Invoice PDF has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. The extension does not communicate with any external service on your behalf.
Local storage
Your form fields (name, client, line items) are saved locally using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your browser and exists only to restore your form when you reopen the extension. You can clear it at any time by removing the extension.
Generated PDFs
Invoice PDFs are saved directly to your device's Downloads folder by your browser. We have no access to these files at any point.
Third-party services
Invoice PDF uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external link is an optional button to the NotaBill app on the Apple App Store. You must actively click it — nothing is loaded automatically.
Permissions
storage — saves your form fields locally so you don't retype them each session.
tabs — opens the App Store link in a new tab when you click "Get NotaBill". Not used to read or access any tab content.
Children's privacy
Invoice PDF does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.

Terms of Use
Free to use
Invoice PDF is free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or in-extension purchases. You may use it for personal or commercial invoicing without restriction.
No warranty
Invoice PDF is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. Generated invoices are your responsibility — verify amounts, VAT, and legal requirements for your region before sending to clients.
Limitation of liability
nicesoftware.xyz is not liable for any losses, errors, or damages arising from the use of Invoice PDF or the invoices it generates. This includes but is not limited to financial discrepancies, tax errors, or client disputes.
Acceptable use
You may not use Invoice PDF to generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent services. We reserve the right to report such misuse to relevant authorities.
Updates and availability
We may update or discontinue the extension at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current versions of Chrome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
