How it works
Fill in your details, add line items, and click Generate PDF. Your invoice downloads instantly to your Downloads folder. No account, no login, no cloud.
Your form is saved automatically — reopen the extension and everything is still there.
Common questions
Where does my PDF go?
Straight to your browser's Downloads folder. Check the bottom of your Chrome window or open Downloads with ⌘⇧J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows).
My form disappeared when I closed the extension.
This shouldn't happen — form data is saved automatically. Try reopening the extension by clicking the icon again. If the issue persists, try reloading the extension from chrome://extensions.
Can I add my logo?
Not in the free extension. Logo support, invoice history, and email sending are available in NotaBill — the full app this extension is based on.
How do I add VAT?
Toggle the VAT switch in the form. Enter your VAT number and rate (e.g. 25). The PDF will show subtotal, VAT amount, and total automatically.
Is there a keyboard shortcut?
Yes — ⌘↵ (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) generates the PDF from anywhere in the form.
Does this extension collect my data?
No. Nothing leaves your browser. See the privacy policy for full details.
